Shipping policy

Doorstep Delivery
Arrives in approximately 7–10 business days. Each piece is delivered fully assembled to your doorstep, driveway, or building lobby—ready to bring inside at your own pace. Please note: this service does not include in-home placement or stairs.

 

In-Home Delivery
Arrives in approximately 14 business days. On your scheduled delivery day, the carrier will bring your pieces into your room of choice, complete any final setup, and remove all packaging—so your home is left just as it should be. You’ll be contacted in advance to coordinate a delivery window.

 

Order Processing
Orders are prepared within 24–72 hours (excluding weekends).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.
Once your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
