At Hati Home, we stand behind the quality, craftsmanship, and durability of every piece we make. We offer tailored warranty coverage for both residential and commercial spaces purchased directly through hatihome.com or an authorized partner.
For residential purchases, Hati Home offers a 5-Year Limited Warranty to the original purchaser. This warranty protects against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for five (5) years from the date of delivery.
Products explicitly designated as Contract Grade or installed in commercial, hospitality, trade, or non-residential environments are covered under our 1-Year Limited Contract Warranty.
What Is Covered?
We cover manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under standard operating conditions:

Frames & Structural Components: Cracking, warping, or failure of solid wood, engineered wood, or metal frames.

Joinery & Hardware: Failure of joints, mortise-and-tenon construction, hinges, fasteners, or drawer glides.

Woven & Natural Elements: Structural unraveling or failure of paper cord, cane, or rush materials.

Cushion Cores & Foam: Structural defects or abnormal loss of cushion resiliency beyond natural settling.
What Is Not Covered?

Everyday Wear & Tear: Slight softening of cushions, natural stretching of woven fibers, or light surface scratches over time.

Natural Material Variations: Inherent variations in wood grain, color shifts, knots, or natural textures (e.g., solid oak, cane, paper cord).

Stains & Liquid Damage: Spills, food, oils, chemical cleaners, or dye transfers (such as raw denim).

Environmental Exposure: Fading, cracking, or splitting caused by direct sunlight, extreme humidity, heat sources, or outdoor exposure (unless specified for outdoor use).

Improper Care & Maintenance: Damage caused by harsh chemicals, abrasive tools, unauthorized repairs, or failing to follow care guidelines.

Accidents & Misuse: Burns, cuts, pet damage, or impact damage.

Teak & Weathering Patina: Natural weathering, color shifts, or gray patina development on teak wood due to outdoor exposure.
Warranty Resolutions
If your claim is approved within the warranty window, Hati Home will resolve it through one of the following options:

Repair: Send replacement parts or arrange for professional repair at no cost to you.

Replace: Replace the item with the same model (or an equivalent item of equal value if discontinued).

Credit: Issue a proportional store credit if repair or replacement is not feasible
