  • How do I know if something is in stock?

    Everything on our site is ready to ship, unless delineated by a specific lead time on the product page. All items that are back-ordered will have a 'Pre-Order' icon when you try and add the item to your cart.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Orders are typically processed within 48 hours and shipping typically takes 4-6 days for the pieces to arrive at their final destination.

  • Do you have a trade program?

    We do have a trade program! We offer a trade discount to all approved members. You can apply here.

  • Do you have a showroom?

    We would absolutely love for you to see the furniture in real life! At this time, our only showroom at our HQ in Newport Beach, CA. You can make an appointment to visit the showroom in person or virtually by clicking here.

  • Does your product ever go on sale?

    Yes, we run two sales a year. The first is over Memorial Day and the second is over the Thanksgiving Holiday. We also run various samples sales throughout the year for unboxed and blemished stock.

  • Can I pick up my order at your Southern California warehouse?

    Absolutely! Feel free to email us with a request for local pickup and we will send over an invoice specifying that as your shipping option. Once the order is placed, we’ll reach out to find a time to facilitate that pickup that works best for you.

  • Do you offer white glove delivery service?

    We are happy to offer White Glove delivery to our Southern California customers (LA/OC/SD), but unfortunately, are not able to extend that to other parts of the country/state at this time.

  • Do you ship to Hawaii // Canada // Europe?

    We are unable to ship to Hawaii / Canada / Europe at this time, but we do have lots of customers facilitate shipping to freight forwarders to get Hati pieces in their homes.

  • How do I clean my furniture?

    Yoru furniture is meant to be lived in, which means spills will happen. The general rule of thumb is to clean any furniture with a white cloth and distilled water. Oftent imes less is more as stains tend to lighten over time.
