Refund policy

What's your return policy?
We are happy to offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. If you do not have the original packaging, a $75 repackaging fee will be applied.

 

Reach out within 30 days of delivery to start the process. We will provide a shipping label and/or arrange a complimentary pickup for you. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund (minus original shipping and any applicable packaging fees) will be processed.

 

What if my order arrives damaged?
We’ve got you covered. To ensure a quick replacement or repair, please follow these three steps:

 

-If you see visible damage to the box or the item during delivery, tell the driver and note "Damaged upon arrival" on the delivery receipt before signing.

-Take a clear pictures of the damaged item and the exterior packaging (including the shipping label).

 

-Report within 48 hours, emailing us at hello@hatihome.com with your order number and photos. We will review your claim and arrange for a professional repair, part replacement, or a full exchange at no cost to you.
