Well made and nice looking. The seat design is terrific.
I like how the front/top of the seat legs don't stick up past the woven seat, as most woven seats do. They designed these so the wood on the seat is forward and flush with the woven seat. Otherwise one needs a cushion to make the seat flush over that front wood piece that protrudes on the two outside edges of the seat. On most woven seats (with the protruding front pieces) it's easy to catch your leg on the end piece every time you sit down. That's one of the reasons I bought these stools and they work really well.

The paper cord stool is pretty great minus some minor flaws.. the nails are pretty visible if you are looking down on the seat while sitting (maybe this was just the stool we recieved) and the material feels rough against bare skin. When sitting on the paper cord stool in pants, it's quiet comfortable.
The custome service stands out. Quick response and they really make sure the customer is satisfied which unfortunately is hard to come by these days.
