  • Once approved as a Trade Member, log in to your account on the Design Portal, and your exclusive discount will automatically apply to all orders. If you have questions, please reach out to trade@hatihome.com.

  • We are happy to ship directly to your client if you prefer. Most items ship via Fedex Ground or Freight making it easy to track your items on their journey to your project.

  • Yes, samples are complimentary for our Trade Members. You can place your order when logged into the Design Portal.

  • No, our trade program is open to all qualifying designers without a minimum spend.

  • You can book a private showing or virtual walk-through at our Costa Mesa showroom by emailing trade@hatihome.com.
