We are happy to offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. If you do not have the original packaging, a $75 repackaging fee will be applied.

Reach out within 30 days of delivery to start the process. We will provide a shipping label and/or arrange a complimentary pickup for you. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund (minus original shipping and any applicable packaging fees) will be processed.

If you see visible damage to the box or the item during delivery, tell the driver and note "Damaged upon arrival" on the delivery receipt before signing.

Take a clear pictures of the damaged item and the exterior packaging (including the shipping label).

Report within 48 hours, emailing us at hello@hatihome.com with your order number and photos. We will review your claim and arrange for a professional repair, part replacement, or a full exchange at no cost to you.

A pre-order allows you to reserve a high-demand item before it officially arrives in our warehouse. Payment is collected at checkout to secure your spot in line.

Estimated ship dates are located on each individual product description page. We will also send you a confirmation email with tracking information the moment your package leaves our warehouse. Please keep in mind that these dates are our best estimates and are subject to change based on production timelines or shipping delays.

To reduce our carbon footprint, we ship orders in full. If your order contains both "In-Stock" and "Pre-Order" items, the entire shipment will be held until the pre-order item is ready.

Our full-grain leather is vegetable-tanned to preserve the natural character of the hide. This process highlights the leather’s subtle grain and variation while using more environmentally responsible tanning methods. A UV-protective topcoat helps guard against discoloration and everyday stains while allowing the leather to age beautifully over time.

Dust regularly with a dry microfiber cloth or a soft-bristled vacuum attachment. For light residue, wipe gently with a cloth slightly dampened with distilled water.

In drier climates, a high-quality leather conditioner may be applied once or twice per year to maintain suppleness. Always test any conditioner on an inconspicuous area before applying to the entire piece to ensure there is no discoloration.

Our oak is sustainably sourced from forests in the United States and selected for its strength, durability, and beautiful natural grain. The wood is finished with a clear, water-based lacquer that provides UV protection to help prevent yellowing while guarding against everyday stains.

Avoid harsh cleaners or abrasive materials, as these may damage the finish.

Teak is prized for its exceptional durability and natural resistance to weather. Rich in oils and dense in structure, it performs beautifully both indoors and out. Our old-growth teak is salvaged from traditional Indonesian homes, with each beam carrying decades of history. Natural variations in tone, texture, and character are to be expected—and are a reflection of each piece’s unique past.

When used outdoors, teak will naturally develop a soft silver-grey patina over time. To maintain the original warm brown tone, teak oil may be applied once or twice per year.
