I love this chair! I’ve had my eye on it for a year. I finally ordered but went against my gut instinct and got the whiskey color. I immediately realized it was going to be too dark and even though I figured it would be a pain, I wanted to exchange it for the natural.
Well, Hati customer service could not have made it easier! They immediately shipped out the replacements and send me fedex labels to return the whiskey color. Then refunded my money before they even arrived at their warehouse!! When does that ever happen these days? So awesome. And the chairs are beautiful. They look amazing in my 1960 Florida home. Thank you Hati!!
